- Made that promise structural rather than a policy page: generation runs on workers that hold no credentials, every image is signed and auditable, and nothing is sent to a third party — no telemetry, no external moderation.
- frka.dev — turns client scope drift into billable change orders. The spec is kept canonical, contradictions get caught as they arrive, and every change carries a provenance trail the client can't argue with.
- Both designed solo, end to end — product, architecture and delivery plan written down and reviewed before any production code.
